1. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The water can or bottle is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery.

  • You receive the wrong product or quantity.

  • The seal is broken or appears to be tampered with.

Return Window:
Please report any issue within 2 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.

📸 Proof Required:
We may ask you to share a photo/video of the issue for quick resolution.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Canceled prepaid orders (before dispatch).

  • Valid returned products as per our return policy.

  • Non-availability of service in your area (in case of prepaid order).

💳 Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, etc.) within 5–7 working days.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order before it is dispatched.

  • Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.


4. No Return or Refund In These Cases:

  • Opened or partially used bottles/cans.

  • Delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).

  • Change of mind after delivery.
